Common Problems & Solutions
Problem #1: Stale Content in Eagle V2 (Tivimate)
If you are using Eagle V2 (Tivimate), you may sometimes face stale content issues.
This usually does not affect playback, but you may not see the latest game schedules or, in some cases, playback interruptions.
Solution
Update your playlist regularly. Event channels such as NFL or PPV update daily from our end.
Eagle V2 has an auto-update feature that you can enable, or you can update manually.

Settings → Playlists → Update all Playlists

- Enable Update on App Start
- Enable Update on Playlist Change
Problem #2: Catchup Playback Issues on EagleCast Legacy
On the EagleCast Legacy App, catchup content may sometimes spin without playback.
This happens if your player is not pre-selected.
Solution
Go to Settings → Player Selection and choose PurplePlayer for Catchup.
Leave other players as is.
Problem #3: Buffering
Our network is optimized for USA & Canada. However, buffering may still occur due to several factors.
Possible Causes
- Overloaded network nodes in the route of connection
- Slow device processor
- Issue on specific streams
- Insufficient internet speed
Solutions
A: Use VPN servers in Chicago, Washington DC, or New York.
B: Clear background apps, uninstall unnecessary apps, and reboot/power-cycle the device.
C: Report if only 1–2 channels buffer so we can fix them.
D: Ensure at least 50 Mbps internet for smooth HD/FHD/UHD streaming.
Problem #4: App Update Fails
If an auto-update fails, your app may remain outdated.
Solution
